Membership/Donation

The Bay Harbor Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that supports programs in the arts, education, the environment, and health and human services. Our federal identification number is 37-1491024.

The Foundation is a membership organization and all Bay Harbor community residents are encouraged to join. You are eligible if you are a resident of Bay Harbor, own property in Bay Harbor, work in Bay Harbor or have a business relationship with Bay Harbor. Immediate family members of individuals with the foregoing relationships are also eligible. Please complete the membership application form and send to the Foundation.
